Una trayectoria construida viajando y aprendiendo
Aprendí a cocinar cuando era niño en la casa de mis abuelos, y con el tiempo tuve la posibilidad de viajar por diversos países y conocer diferentes culturas gastronómicas, incorporando productos y técnicas que hoy se reflejan en mis platos.

Chef Geronimo and his assistant provided an absolutely phenomenal dining experience for our family. From start to finish, they were incredibly kind, professional, and attentive, making everyone feel welcome and cared for. The food was simply outstanding. We enjoyed an incredible variety of dishes, including authentic Mexican cuisine, delicious Argentinian BBQ, and fresh seafood, and every single dish exceeded our expectations. The flavors, presentation, and quality of the ingredients were exceptional. It was truly some of the best food we have ever had. The desserts were equally amazing and the perfect ending to each meal. Every detail was thoughtfully prepared, and the level of professionalism they demonstrated throughout the entire experience was exquisite. Most importantly, Chef Geronimo and his assistant treated our family with genuine warmth and kindness, which made the experience even more special.
